Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping—check our website for current promotions and thresholds.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, please refer to your tracking information for updates. If your package has not moved for more than 5 business days, contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped, we can update the address for you.
Unfortunately, if the order has already shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. In such cases:
- You may need to wait for the package to return to us. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package to the correct address.
- If the package cannot be retrieved, we are not responsible for replacing it, so please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.
If 30 days has passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
We are not responsible for your pet liking a product and do not offer returns or refunds for products your pet does not eat.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns of perishable goods, gift cards or final sale items.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return please reach out to us at info@theorganicdogshop.com with your order number and reason for return. If we cannot find an order number associated with the item you wish to return, we cannot accept it. Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, if your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If a return is initiated, customers will be provided with a return address and can then choose any courier they wish to use to return their item(s).

Do you cover return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Can I return opened or used items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed products due to health and safety reasons.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, it can take 5-7 business days to process. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
