1. When will my order ship?

All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 72 hours from date of purchase, Monday through Friday, provided that items are in stock and available. In the event of an item being out of stock or if we are unable to fulfill and/ or ship your order within 72 hours, we will notify you via email.

2. What is your return policy?

There is a 30 day return policy for any unopened and unused products. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.

If 30 days has passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange cannot be offered. 

We are not responsible for your pet liking a product and do not offer returns or refunds for products your pet does not eat. 


We do not accept returns of perishable goods, gift cards or final sale items.


To initiate a return please reach out to us at with your order number and reason for return. If we cannot find an order number associated with the item you wish to return, we cannot accept it. Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. 


Once your return is received and inspected, if your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If a return is initiated, customers will be provided with a return address and can then choose any courier they wish to use to return their item(s).

3. Will you carry a product I request?

We are always looking for the best natural, organic and non-toxic products for our shop! If you have a product you love that you would like to request we carry, email it over to use at and we will contact the company to ensure both the company and products share the values of The Organic Dog Shop.
