Shipping policy

We currently only ship within the USA.

Processing Time

All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 72 hours from date of purchase, Monday through Friday, provided that items are in stock and available. In the event of an item being out of stock or if we are unable to fulfill and/ or ship your order within 72 hours, we will notify you via email.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States for all orders $99 and up. The order total for free shipping is post discount codes and not inclusive of tax. Once free shipping conditions are met free shipping automatically populates for your order. 



Shipping Insurance

Customers can choose to have their packages insured through Navidium Shipping Protection at check out which protects your package in the event that it is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit.

Cut Off Times

We offer a variety of shipping options, including UPS Next Day Air for expedited delivery. If you require your package to arrive the next day, please note that the cut-off time for UPS Next Day Air shipments is 1:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
