Refund policy
RETURNS
There is a 30 day return policy for any unopened and unused products.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.
If 30 days has passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange cannot be offered.
We are not responsible for your pet liking a product and do not offer returns or refunds for products your pet does not eat.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns of perishable goods, gift cards or final sale items.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return please reach out to us at hello@theorganicdogshop.com with your order number and reason for return. If we cannot find an order number associated with the item you wish to return, we cannot accept it. Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed.
Mail-in returns that require a pre-paid return label will incur a $7 shipping label fee, which is deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. The shipping label fee is waived if you opt for a store credit refund.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, if your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14 business days. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If a return is initiated, customers will be provided with a return address and can then choose any courier they wish to use to return their item(s).
